In the community
Aqualand are long time supporters of local arts and culture associations. We believe that accessible public art is a key element of vibrant and engaged communities. We are proud to sponsor sporting and cultural initiatives that shape our home city.
Sculpture by the Sea, Bondi | Principal Sponsor
Held annually, the free exhibition of major sculptural works is spread over a 2km area across the coast of Bondi Beach to Tamarama. Now in its 22nd year, the exhibition brings circa 500,000 visitors from across the world.
Our involvement includes free to the public Aqualand Artist Talks along with the donation of the $70,000 Aqualand Sculpture Award to one talented artist. The recipient’s work will be gifted for permanent public exhibition for the people of Sydney and visitors to our city to enjoy for years to come.Learn more about Sculpture by the Sea
