The North Sydney skyline is about to get a major boost with Aqualand’s Development Application for a stunning new urban landmark approved today.
The approval, given by the Joint Regional Planning Panel for 168 Walker Street, is for four sculptural and stepped interconnected ‘tower pods’ that vary in height from 22 up to 28 storeys at the corner of McLaren and Walker Streets, while being home to 415 luxury residential apartments.Read more

We have acquired a new site.
29 March, 2016 – Aqualand are proud to announce that we have acquired a site in Turramurra. Located on the corner of Turramurra Avenue and Wonga Wonga Street, the site will accommodate 44 high-end apartments. We anticipate this will go to market in late 2016.

Aqualand sells Melrose Park site
17 February, 2016 – Aqualand has finalised an agreement to sell 657-661 Victoria Road and 4-6 Wharf Road, Melrose Park. Formerly known as Park Avenue, the 4.5 hectare site will now be jointly developed by PAYCE and Sekisui House Australia. PAYCE has previously purchased the adjoining sites along Wharf Road meaning that PAYCE can now develop a proposal for a fully-integrated architectural scheme for the entire Wharf Road precinct.
