Completed in 2018 and proudly developed and built by Aqualand, The Heysen consists of one, two and three-bedroom residences and is ideally located moments from Turramurra village. Featuring 100 year old gum trees which have been preserved for our residents, The Heysen's aesthetic was inspired by Australian landscape artist Hans Heysen, who was known for his remarkable paintings of gum trees set against a background of stunning effects of light, keeping that close connection to nature, whilst paying homage to its namesake. The Heysen won the ‘Medium Rise City Apartment’ Award at the 2019 Urban Taskforce Development Excellence Awards and all residences sold out in 2019. We welcome all residents of The Heysen into the Aqualand family, enjoying the unique benefits available through the AQ Club.
Located on the corner of Turramurra Avenue and Wonga Wonga Street, The Heysen is just a short, two-block stroll to the Turramurra village precinct, with its bakeries, boutiques, pharmacies and supermarkets.
