BLUE at Lavendar Bay wins 'Repositioning Award' at CTBUH 2023 International Conference in Singapore

BLUE at Lavender Bay’s list of accolades further expanded last night with the project winning the ‘Repositioning Award’ at the Council of Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat’s ‘CTBUH 2023 International Conference’ in Singapore. The Repositioning Award recognises projects that have undertaken significant upgrades that innovatively extend the life cycle of the building through adaptive re-use. The award win is further testament to the significant transformation of the building from an outdated office tower into contemporary luxury apartments with a bustling retail offering featuring the award-winning Loulou Bistro, Boulangerie & Traiteur.
