Community & Partnerships
Aqualand are long time supporters of arts, cultural and sporting organisations across Sydney. Through these partnerships, we believe in giving back to our home city, to help foster vibrant and engaged communities.
Since 2019, we have been proudly helping the South Sydney Rabbitohs set a new benchmark in the community, both on and off the field.
We’ve been heavily involved in supporting the club at all levels – from financial support, unique match day activations, and having staff participate in community events such as Souths Cares’ NAIDOC Day. Our focus on forging stronger, more connected communities shares many synergies with the Rabbitohs’ social mission.

As a long-time supporter of The Art Gallery of New South Wales, Aqualand recently broadened the partnership to include the naming of the atrium in its new northern building. The stunning architectural space, known as the Aqualand Atrium, is a key space for visitors to enjoy art and architecture with major collection works displayed on the rammed earth wall and in the adjoining galleries.
“We’re proud to be a leadership partner of the Art Gallery of New South Wales and to support its exciting expansion as an ongoing investment in Australian arts and culture. As a property, hospitality and investment company, Aqualand prides itself on pushing creative boundaries and we’re delighted to support the incredible opportunities that are being offered for artists and audiences through the Sydney Modern Project. Supporting culture and the arts is deeply rooted in our DNA and it makes me extremely proud to know we’re helping to leave a legacy for future generations to experience and appreciate all the forms of art that will be showcased in this amazing new cultural destination.” Jin Lin, Group Managing Director, Aqualand
