We have built a reputation for being one of the leading property developers in the Sydney region and have developed a portfolio of sites across Sydney and its surrounds, including high-end residences, boutique developments and retail and commercial assets. As part of our services, we engage with prospective purchasers and lessees of these assets.

This policy describes how we collect, use and disclose personal information which we collect or receive in the operation of our business. In this policy, when we say:

  • our services – we mean our property development and related services.

Information collected for recruitment purposesWhen you apply for a job or position with us we may collect certain information (including your name, contact details, working history, social media profile(s), CV/resume and relevant records checks) from you, from any recruitment consultant, your previous employers and others who may be able to provide information to us to assist in our decision on whether or not to make you an offer of employment or engage you under a contract.

6. How do we use your personal information for marketing, and how do you opt-out?

We may use your information for marketing purposes, but you can opt-out at any time. We may also disclose your information to our business partners and related companies with your consent. Where we do so our business partners and related companies may use your information for their business and marketing purposes.

We (including our related companies) and our carefully selected business partners may send you direct marketing communications and information about our services (for example, newsletters) or about our business partners’ products and services. When you purchase a property from us, we may also enrol you into our client appreciation and loyalty program, known as the ‘AQ Club’.

We’ll always conduct our marketing practices in accordance with privacy laws and other applicable laws.

You’ll be able to opt out at any time from receiving marketing messages – either by using the unsubscribe facility in the relevant message or by contacting us (it’s easy – see section 1).

We may store and disclose your personal information overseas.

Sometimes we store and disclose personal information outside of Australia to related companies, professional advisers, dealers, agents and third-party suppliers.

We are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act. However, those principles do not apply to certain records and practices relating to the employment relationship between us and our current and former employees in Australia. As such, most of the information contained in this Privacy Policy does not apply to how we use and disclose information relating to our current and former employees.
