A New Chapter for Loulou Bistro Opens in the Heart of the CBD
We’re proud to share the next chapter in our hospitality journey, with our hospitality arm, Etymon Projects, opening a second Loulou Bistro in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.
Following the success of Loulou Bistro at Milsons Point, this new venue at 1 Elizabeth Street, Martin Place brings Etymon’s signature blend of French charm, warm service, and thoughtfully curated dining to a new audience. Designed with the same attention to detail and commitment to excellence, Loulou Bistro Martin Place is a place where city workers can unwind over a long lunch or share stories over dinner with friends and colleagues.

Loulou Bistro Martin Place is now open Monday to Friday for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and on Saturdays for dinner service.
Bookings are open now – be one of the first to experience the Bistro in Martin Place. Doors open Tuesday 22 July.
