Group Health & Safety Manager

Aram brings over 16 years of workplace health and safety experience across the property and construction sectors. He joins Aqualand from Coronation Property, where he served as a Senior Safety Advisor, supporting the delivery of complex mixed-use developments across Sydney. Prior to that, Aram spent more than 15 years with Meriton Group, progressing through a variety of H&S roles, including Senior WHS Officer and National Personnel Manager. During his tenure, he played a key role in implementing Meriton’s national safety systems and compliance frameworks across multiple large-scale residential projects, ensuring consistent operational standards throughout the business.

As Aqualand’s Head of Health & Safety, Aram’s leadership and expertise are central to fostering a proactive safety culture. He will drive governance initiatives, embed industry best practices, and ensure the highest standards of safety across all projects and operations.
