Michelle joined Aqualand in 2024 bringing more than 30 years of experience in urban planning across both the private and public sectors.

A highly accomplished industry leader, Michelle has played a pivotal role in shaping some of Australia’s largest and most complex city-making projects. At Aqualand, Michelle will guide our planning vision and help define the future of development across our diverse mixed-use portfolio. Prior to joining Aqualand, she served as Head of Planning at Lendlease, an ASX-listed property and infrastructure group.
