Stephen brings over three decades of design leadership and built-environment expertise, with a proven record in shaping some of Australia’s most iconic developments. As Head of Design at Aqualand, he leads the creative and architectural vision across luxury residential, mixed-use, and landmark precinct projects, ensuring design excellence and human-centred experiences.

Prior to joining Aqualand, Stephen held senior roles at Scentre Group and Mirvac, where he oversaw large-scale retail, office, and residential developments, driving innovation, sustainability, and brand alignment. His leadership continues to strengthen Aqualand’s reputation for delivering world-class, design-led destinations across Sydney.
