Warwick is Executive Chairman of Aqualand and AL Capital, and chairs the Advisory Board. He has more than 30 years of experience in banking and financial services, including senior roles at Macquarie Bank Group and ANZ, where he chaired ANZ Bank China and ANZ Bank Thailand.

He is Chairman of the Advisory Board of Australian Capital Equity, Chairman of Ord Minnett and Wollar Solar, and a director of SGH Ltd. A former Federal Government Minister, he has also chaired the Australia-China Council and the Business Council of Australia’s Global Engagement Committee. Warwick brings Aqualand deep capital markets and governance experience, along with long-standing business relationships across Australia and Asia.
