AURA by Aqualand has been recognised at the 2025 UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence, with nominations that highlight Aqualand’s vision for design-led urban living. We are proud to announce that our project has been named a finalist in two categories:

Presented by the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) NSW, these awards celebrate the very best in urban development across the state. AURA’s recognition is a reflection of its architectural excellence, design innovation, and contribution to Sydney’s evolving cityscape.
Set in the heart of North Sydney, AURA stands as a landmark example of design-led development that balances urban sophistication with livability. Its recognition in both the residential and mixed-use categories highlights the project’s success in seamlessly integrating premium living with curated retail and hospitality experiences.
